Josh is great! He and his whole team really take the time to get to know every patient, and customize every treatment to what you need. They have been working with me since October on various running-related issues (knee and hip discomfort) and I've seen huge improvements through adjustments, dry needling, and cupping. I absolutely recommend to anyone looking to level up their fitness, or just feel better day-to-day.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Josh and his amazing team! Kate is welcoming and always up for a good chat when she checks you in and is patient with scheduling. I’ve referred to Dr. Josh as a “witch” because he just knows, and it’s crazy. Pain in my rotator cuff leads to him detecting pain in my hand, and he can instantly feel an issue in my foot without being told. I HATE needles, and have even warmed up to acupuncture and dry needling with a little hand holding from everyone. I couldn’t be more thankful for them, and my boyfriend has really gotten a lot of relief getting treated here as well.
