I highly recommend Joshua Alvarado at Spinal Health Group. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and the care I received was excellent.

After slipping and falling on ice, I badly injured my tailbone and soon developed mid-back pain and frequent headaches. I had been relying on pain medication just to manage the discomfort. Dr. Alvarado was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and I really appreciate that he combines both chiropractic care and acupuncture in his treatment.

After just a few visits, my headaches were completely gone and my back felt significantly better. I’m very grateful for his care and highly recommend him.

My chiropractor I'd been going to for 3 or so years retired in Dec. : (. Took awhile but I found Dr. Josh and boy and I glad I did! It's the full service stop - chiropractic, accupuncture, etc. He does what yiou need at your visit - never the same thing. I've never felt better. Highly recommend.

Dr. Josh always listens and knows exactly what my body needs. I love the variety of treatments he offers and I always leave my appointments feeling way better than when I arrived. Also worth mentioning the vibe of the office is always awesome, like playing classical covers of movie sound tracks. Can’t recommend this practice enough!
