I had a great visit today at Spinal Health. The staff was attentive & Dr Alvarado was excellent. The adjustment was just what I needed. My neck & lower back feels a lot better.

First time in the office and everyone was super welcoming! Got an adjustment and tried dry needling for some of my aches, very excited to see how this impacts my training and recovery!

I have been coming to Josh for over 10 years and he is the best in the business. I chiropractor hopped prior to seeing him because I couldn’t find anyone that would really be attentive and listen to my needs. Dr Josh listens and tries to get to the root of the problem. Many offices pressure you into plans with a certain number of visits but not Dr Josh and his team. I know that if I have an acute problem I can come in and address it and we will try and fix it in the shortest amount of time possible and then switch back over to maintenance. He is great with athletes as well and getting us back out to the activities that we love doing. I also love that he offers a multimodal approach that includes anything from dry needling, acupuncture, cupping, electric stimulation. It’s truly a one stop shop! Go see him!
