As a fitness coach, I'm very picky about the care I receive for my body and Dr. Josh has not disappointed. He takes the time to assess how I'm feeling at each appointment and tailors the treatment accordingly. Some days I come in with knee pain from marathon training and he'll needle my hamstring; other days I'll have sinus pressure and he'll use acupuncture to help provide relief. Whatever the case may be, I leave feeling relaxed, loosened up, and 3 inches taller! Regular visits have become a staple in my routine to keep my body in its best condition. 10/10 would recommend.
